We have been providing dry verge systems services across all seven West London boroughs for over 20 years. We know the local housing stock, the common problems specific to each area, and the most durable solutions. Every job is carried out by our own team — never subcontracted. All work carries our written guarantee.
Every dry verge systems project follows the same professional process: free inspection and photographic assessment, written quote with itemised costs, scheduled work carried out by our qualified team, post-completion photographs and guarantee documentation. No shortcuts, no surprises.

BS 8612, introduced alongside the 2018 revision of BS 5534, requires that all verge systems on new and replacement roofs use mechanically fixed dry verge units rather than mortar bedding. Mortar verges are no longer compliant on any re-roofing project — dry verge is now the mandatory standard.
